Record Destruction
To any person who received special education services from the Pentucket Regional School District and turned 29 years old on or before December 31st of the current year.
Per Special Education regulations, this is to notify you that all special education records related to your services will be destroyed after October 1st of the current year.
Should you wish to obtain this file for your records, please call the special education office at (978) 363-2280, extension 5 and notify special education personnel that you would like the file held. Files will be available to be picked up at this office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. daily. Please allow us 48 hours’ notice to prepare them for pick up. These files cannot be mailed. When coming to pick up a file, proper identification must be shown (any picture ID).
If this office does not hear from you before September 30 of the current year, please know that the file containing records related to your special education services will be destroyed. Feel free to call at the above number should you have any questions.
